Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, our Practices remains dedicated to providing exceptional care for all members of our community.


We are continually ensuring that all aspects of our clinics are operating in accordance with the latest public health recommendations. 


As the pandemic progresses, laws and policies may be updated, so we recommend checking this page before your next visit. Our clinics have taken steps to minimise person-to-person contact where possible. This includes patient screening upon arrival to the clinic, as well as signage indicating appropriate social distancing guidelines in our waiting area. Telehealth consultations are available for all patients, including new patients to our clinic. To protect both patients and staff, face-to-face appointments may not be available until a telehealth consult has determined that this is necessary.


Our medical clinics, pathology labs, pharmacies, and allied health services continue to operate on standard opening hours, as per our website. Social distancing protocol is in place at all sites, supplemented by hand sanitizers and appropriate signage.
